RETURN POLICY

Returns must be received by The Meridian Line within 30 days of your original shipment date. Item must be in the same condition - unworn and unwashed with all the original packaging attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the returned items are damaged, have been worn or misused. 

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

If you returned an item after 30 days, you will only get store credit.


EXCHANGE POLICY 

All exchanges are processed as a return, we will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and you will have to purchase the new item separately. 

If package returned due to Incorrect Address / Insufficient Address / Refused :
Packages returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable/insufficient address or if you refused the package, you will be refunded excluding the shipping cost originally paid and a 10% restocking/handling fee.


How To Return Your Item

1. Please email us at help@themeridianline.com and let us know about the return request. Be sure to let us know your Order #. We'll try to get back to you within 24 hours. 

2. Once your return is approved, we will email you our return address. As of now, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note: We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information or shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please ensure the package is properly packed to prevent lost or delay in shipping. 

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue you a refund.
